How long does it take from ordering to delivery?

This company is run by two individuals, one being full time active duty. We make our best effort to get everything packed and shipped in a timely manner. Due to High demand please allow 2-3 business days for T-Shirts processing and packaging, and 2-3 business days for stateside shipping once shipped. 

Dive gear (Masks, snorkels, fins etc.) is typically 1 day processing and will ship the very next day.

 

I'd like to cancel my order, how do I go about this?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it us for a full refund or an exchange, less shipping. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

A-TAC Fitness stands by our 100% money back guarantee and a life time warranty on our dive equipment (mask, fins, and snorkels etc).

All other returns such as T-shirts and shorts must be postmarked within 21 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at  ataccustomerservice@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, package the item securely and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE
- T-shirts or stickers that appear to be cut with scissors as a result from cutting the product packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.

I entered the wrong address when ordering, can I fix this?

Please understand entering the correct information when placing an order is the customers responsibility. Due to the current manpower, we do NOT have the capability of correcting all addresses for incorrect orders.
